I am the owner of Letter Sparrow. Thank you for checking out my website!

My desire is to "awaken your creative life with vibrant colors". I create & sell high quality, handmade watercolor paints using natural materials to help your artistic aspiration come to life. 

Whether you are a professional artist or you are dabbling in watercoloring for the first time, my passion is that these paints would awaken your creativity to the fullest. 

Here's a little bit about me. I'm a Jesus lover, wife, mommy, owner of 2 yorkies, homeschooler & entrepreneur. As a family, we enjoy nature hiking, walks, site seeing and Sunday drives. I am also a huge foodie & coffee lover, any chance I get to try out a new restaurant or coffee shop, I'm all over it! 

How Letter Sparrow Began...

For years, I dreamed of starting an online shop. After being held back by the common thought, "what if no one buys my stuff!", I launched my business in October 2012. That Christmas, I gave some family members hand lettered canvases as gifts and they were a hit! I decided to add hand lettered canvases to my shop. They were a success there too so I kept lettering & making. Later, I was asked to teach hand lettering, calligraphy, & watercolor lettering workshops which were super popular & so much fun!

We moved to a new state where workshops were not so popular so I had to change my business to something solely online. My passion for watercolors evolved into creating unique palettes using high quality materials that I share with the world today. I've been making watercolors for years now & I've loved every moment!
